Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 24 AUG 2026

Welcome to Qeep Digital. Our goal is to make eSIM technology simple, reliable, and accessible for customers across Sri Lanka. To help you purchase with confidence, we provide personalized device compatibility verification, local setup assistance, and dedicated after-sales support.

These Terms & Conditions explain how our ordering process, payments, deliveries, and customer responsibilities work. By placing an order, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Device Compatibility Verification

To reduce the risk of incorrect orders, certain products require a device compatibility verification before an order can be processed.

Qeep Digital provides device compatibility verification free of charge for all customers. No setup deposit or compatibility-checking fee is required to determine whether a device is compatible with our Smart eSIM Upgrade solution.

Customers purchasing these products must submit the requested screenshots of their smartphone, including the device model and compatibility information, through our official WhatsApp support channel.

Compatibility verification applies only to the specific device submitted by the customer during the verification process.

If a customer chooses to proceed without completing the recommended compatibility verification, Qeep Digital cannot guarantee compatibility. If the product is subsequently found to be incompatible with the customer’s device, the order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange due to that device incompatibility. Other applicable warranty or refund rights remain subject to our Shipping, Warranty & Refund Policy.

2. Payment Methods

Once your device has been confirmed as compatible, you may choose either of the following payment methods.

Full Payment

Customers may pay the full purchase amount through:

  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Authorized Online Payment Gateway (such as OnePay)

Once full payment has been received, your order will be prepared and dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

For customers who choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a LKR 1,500 reservation fee is required to confirm and reserve the COD order before dispatch.

The reservation fee:

  • Secures the customer’s COD order and reserved inventory.
  • Helps cover the costs associated with processing and arranging the COD delivery.
  • Is not an additional charge and will be deducted from the customer’s total purchase price.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.

Delivery is free island-wide.

If the customer refuses the order, is unavailable to accept the delivery, or otherwise fails to accept the package after dispatch, the LKR 1,500 reservation fee is non-refundable.

For non-COD orders, no reservation fee is required.

3. Initial Setup & Customer Support

Qeep Digital provides personalized setup assistance to help customers successfully complete the initial setup on the verified compatible device.

Initial setup assistance is provided only for the verified compatible device submitted during the compatibility verification process.

Our goal is to ensure every eligible customer receives the necessary guidance during the initial setup process.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team whenever assistance is required.

4. Device Responsibility

Compatibility verification applies only to the smartphone that was submitted and verified before purchase.

Customers may use the product with other smartphones if those devices are independently compatible.

However, if the product is subsequently used with an unsupported or incompatible device, Qeep Digital cannot guarantee functionality, and any issues arising from such use are not covered by our refund or warranty policies.

To assist with compatibility verification and future warranty support, screenshots submitted during the verification process may be securely retained as part of the customer’s order record in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate device information during compatibility verification.
  • Accepting delivery on the first attempt when the courier arrives.
  • Following setup instructions provided by Qeep Digital.
  • Keeping their invoice for future warranty claims.
  • Contacting Qeep Digital if assistance is required during setup.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qeep Digital is responsible only for products supplied directly by us and for compatibility verification performed on the device submitted by the customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qeep Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the product beyond the remedies expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions and our Shipping, Warranty & Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
